"Our exterior of our house needed painted. We had dry rot and termite damage throughout and in our patio cover, of which 3 other contractors could not fix properly. Blue Knight fixed all the bad and did a beautiful paint job. It really made our house stand out! Joe was very honest, and came back a second time to ensure the job got done right. He even gave me a follow-up call to ensure that we were satisfied! Far and above other contractors, he will not let you down. Trust me I had to use 3 other contractors before I found Joe.

Joe walked me through his entire plan and made numerous changes that improved our project both as compared to our original and over and above building code. Our city building inspector spent time looking over the the job with Joe and left very impressed with the quality of his craftsmanship.
One of our neighbors (who works in the building department of a neighboring city) was so impressed that he also has asked Joe to repair bad wood and repaint their house also.

"Great service at a competitive price! Joe and his crew leader "Gio" were a pleasure to work with...Professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and honest (which, unfortunately, is hard to come by these days). I initially called another co., but ended up going with Blue Knight because the other co. had me leave a voicemail. When they finally called back, the first available appointment, for an estimate, was not until several days later (on a weekday). Joe, on the other hand, picked-up his phone and made time to come by my house on a Saturday. He subsequently completed my patio cover repairs and then they did a spectacular paint job on the exterior of our house. After signing the contract, Joe coordinated with me on the best times to come out to do the work. The crew was well organized and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. "I had a wonderful experience with Blue Knight Painting and Construction! I called for an estimate and he was able to come over that day, a Saturday!! I had them replace some bad wood on my fascia boards, followed by a complete interior and exterior paint job of our whole house. They did a great job. They used a such thick paint that I'm sure will last many years. Joe fit into my schedule, and they did a quick, clean, complete job. I would recommend them to everyone and wouldn't hesitate using them again. Great company, great customer service!! "

Giovonni and crew were neat, on time and did exactly what Joe had told me they would do for the price he said. We intend to have them back next year to do a new paint job on the exterior of our house.
